  1. Open Settings in the menu of your iPhone
  2. Select “Time of use”
  3. Enter Limits of use of apps and touch on “Add limits”
  4. You will see a list with all the categories, choose the one (or the ones) that you want. For example: social networks. Click Add
  5. Set the maximum time you will spend and if you wish you can also customize it according to the day of the week.
  6. Press back to save the changes
  7. Select Add limit if you want to configure another category or if not, press Back.
